Sales of cars Ford Motor rose sharply last week, when the operation of state programs to support the exchange of old cars for new ones.
Car sales in the United States experienced a decline in the last four years, down to the levels of the early 1980's.
The U.S. government has allocated up to $ 1 billion to support consumers who want to replace the less efficient old cars for new ones. The buyer can receive up to $ 4,500. Officially, the program ends in late October 2009, but analysts predict that the funds allocated to the end of this period.
In the first half of the sale of the second-largest U.S. auto-manufacturers fell to 32 percent. The market as a whole - 35 per cent.
Ford - the only American auto manufacturer, which did not pass through the bankruptcy, with a view to restructuring and has not received government funding.
